What are Yogasanas?


The word "asana" literally means a posture. Among the countless postures a body can assume, 84 have been identified as Yogasanas. These Yogasanas are not mere exercises; they are subtle processes to manipulate one’s energy in a particular direction.

Yogasanas offer a profound way to transform the body and mind into a possibility for ultimate well-being. Hatha Yoga presents a set of some powerful postures, or Yogasanas, designed to enable the system to sustain higher dimensions of energy.


Aligning with Celestial Geometry:


This science enhances how one thinks, feels, and experiences life. Yogasanas are a way of aligning the inner system with the celestial geometry, syncing with existence, and naturally achieving a chemistry of healthfulness, joyfulness, blissfulness, and balance.

  • Dates and Timings: 15-19 Sept | 6:30 - 8:30 AM
  • Eligibility: 14 years and above
  • Fee: INR 4000
  • Limited Seats: Only 12 available


Participant Guidelines:


Attendance and Age Requirements:

  • Attendance on all days is mandatory for the program.
  • Open to ages 12 and above.


Empty Stomach Condition:

  • Please come in an empty stomach condition:
  • Finish a meal 4 hours prior to the class.
  • Snack 2.5 hours prior to the class.
  • Avoid beverages or cigarettes 1.5 hours before the class.


Contraindications:

Due to the nature of the practices taught, the following individuals are not eligible to participate at this time:

  • Women who are currently pregnant
  • Anyone who has had a major open surgery within the last 6 months
  • Anyone who has had a laparoscopic surgery or any severe muscular injury within the last 6 weeks


Registration Fee Policy:

  • After registration, if you are unable to attend the program, you can participate in the same program in the future without any additional registration fee.
