About Surya Kriya & Surya Shakti:

Surya Kriya is a potent yogic practice of tremendous antiquity, designed as a holistic process for health, wellness, and complete inner wellbeing. The term "Surya" means "sun," and "kriya" means "inner energy process." This practice activates the solar plexus to raise the samat prana, or solar heat, in the system. It also balances a person’s left and right energy channels, leading to stability of the body and stillness of the mind. This strong foundation becomes the basis to explore higher dimensions of life.

Surya Shakti is an active form of the Sun Salutation, an ancient yogic practice consisting of a powerful sequence of 18 postures. This holistic process is designed to promote exceptional physical fitness and strength. “Surya” means “Sun,” and “Shakti” means “energy.” Surya Shakti cultivates immense physical fitness and strength.

Surya Kriya & Surya Shakti is a profound practice that can lead to enhanced mental clarity, hormonal balance, and overall wellbeing.

Participant Guidelines:

Attendance and Age Requirements:

• Attendance on all days is mandatory for the program.
• Open to ages 12 and above.

Empty Stomach Condition:

• Please come in an empty stomach condition:
• Finish a meal 4 hours prior to the class.
• Snack 2.5 hours prior to the class.
• Avoid beverages or cigarettes 1.5 hours before the class.

Contraindications:

Due to the nature of the practices taught, the following individuals are not eligible to participate at this time:

• Women who are currently pregnant
• Anyone who has had a major open surgery within the last 6 months
• Anyone who has had a laparoscopic surgery or any severe muscular injury within the last 6 weeks

Registration Fee Policy:

• After registration, if you are unable to attend the program, you can participate in the same program in the future without any additional registration fee, within 9 month.
